Tennis elbow(lateral epicondylitis)
Tennis elbow involves pain and inflammation of the forearm muscles around the elbow joint.
Acupuncture can relieve pain by invigorating blood flow, releasing spasm and reducing inflammation. During treatment the patient will often feel a dull sensation radiate down the forearm from the elbow.
Best results are obtained initially using acupuncture twice a week. Once the condition has settled, booster treatments to manage and prevent recurrence are recommended at appropriate intervals. Sessions involve 20mins of acupuncture and 10 minutes of acupressure massage.
Acupuncture is ideal for those who wish to manage their pain naturally.
